A speculative UI/UX redesign project that reimagines the future of public transport services through a citizen-centric digital ecosystem. The project addresses common pain points such as complex procedures, long wait times, and a lack of transparency by streamlining key services, license applications, vehicle registration, appointment booking, and status tracking into an intuitive interface. Designed in Figma, the system emphasises accessibility, simplified navigation, and clear information hierarchy. By combining research-driven insights with modern interaction design principles, Vision 2030 proposes a seamless, efficient, and transparent digital RTO experience aligned with the evolving expectations of a tech-enabled society.
