Vimal Chandran

Vimal Chandran is a multidisciplinary visual artist, filmmaker, illustrator, and photographer. Originally from Kerala and based in Bengaluru, he began his professional journey as a software engineer before pursuing art full-time. A self-taught creative, Vimal draws inspiration from folklore, poetry, memory, and everyday life, creating work that feels both personal and universal. Over the years, he has collaborated with global brands such as Disney, Google, and Lamborghini, while also developing acclaimed personal projects like Unposted Letters and Folk Scifi.
