Transforming Healthy Eating into Edible Art!

Creative Gaga

Sarah Lescrauwaet's journey with food began in Bruges, Belgium, surrounded by the beauty of her family's flower business. By twelve, she was already whipping up family meals, fostering a love for cooking from a young age.

Life, however, presented a challenge. Diagnosed with irritable bowel syndrome, Sarah discovered that fatty and processed foods brought on significant discomfort. This dietary necessity became a turning point. Through experimentation, Sarah found relief in natural ingredients and meals free from excess sugar, salt, and fat.

What began as a limitation blossomed into a passion. Sarah realised healthy meals could be bursting with flavour. This philosophy extended to her role as a mom. With a desire to make healthy snacks fun for her children, she started creating edible food art figures. Witnessing the joy this brought, Sarah embarked on a new mission: Edible Food Art for Kids was born, to inspire healthy eating habits and playful interactions with food for youngsters everywhere.
