Godrej Enterprises Group partnered with BOMBAYDC to build a platform tailored to the needs of every user while maintaining a coherent look and feel. This involved a complete UX, UI, and content strategy overhaul to align with the brand’s modern, dynamic presence.
The new website unifies a legacy spanning various businesses through a single-platform strategy that places every business on the same pedestal and caters to diverse user needs—be it over 1,600 products, product information searches, or faster decision-making for business partners. It brings together everything from B2B and B2C offerings to customer support and corporate storytelling into one cohesive experience.
A semantic-based global search uses intuitive keyword mapping, including colloquial search terms. The restructured information architecture shortens the journey from the homepage to a product page to just two clicks. Everything is designed for easy access—whether it’s consumer products, services, support, or job openings.
Designed with built-in e-commerce in mind, the new site uses intuitive UX, information-rich resources, and follows best practices. Features like filters, detailed specifications, and a comparison tool aid the buying process for consumers at every stage. From buying guides for popular product categories to dedicated landing pages highlighting innovations and brand stories, the site offers a visually rich and engaging experience.
The website empowers stakeholders by allowing business customers to make multiple inquiries within a single session through a suite of B2B-centric features. It also streamlines lead management, enabling stakeholders from over 20 businesses to launch their own campaigns and access automated, tailored dashboards and reports with valuable insights on traffic, clicks, and views.
The custom design system uses repeatable and variable components to enable quick delivery and future scalability, drastically reducing timelines and costs. It ensured fast execution of a project of this scale—from research and design to writing and tech development. Stakeholders also have the agility to launch unlimited campaign pages within the CMS, which allows a small team to efficiently manage over 2,500 updates annually.
