Print Magazine Subscriptions:

  1. Cancellation: Customers can cancel their print magazine subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team through the provided contact information or on Subscribe@creativegaga.com. Cancellation requests received before the next issue's publication will be processed for the subsequent issues.

  2. Refunds: We do not offer refunds for cancelled print magazine subscriptions. However, only in special cases, if you have prepaid for multiple issues and wish to cancel, we will discontinue the delivery of the remaining issues and adjust the subscription accordingly.

Digital Content Subscriptions:

  1. Cancellation: Customers can cancel their digital content subscription at any time by contacting our customer support team through the provided contact information or on Subscribe@creativegaga.com. Upon cancellation, access to the digital content will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

  2. Refunds: Refunds for digital content subscriptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We may consider issuing refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues preventing access to the subscribed content or dissatisfaction with the quality of the digital content. Refund requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe, and eligibility will be determined at our discretion.

If you have auto-payment activated and do not wish to renew your subscription, you must cancel it before the renewal date.
