With the 29th Agency of The Year Awards, 2022 has taken the lead to celebrate the top creative agencies of the Asia-Pacific region, once again.

Kickstarted in 1993, AOY Awards is the Oscars for the best performers of the Creative Design and Advertisement category.

Moderated by Campaign Asia-Pacific, this award event recognises outstanding ideas and creative execution in the field of Business and Brand Communications.

India, being a part of the South-Asian region, witnessed a remarkable trail of winners.

While Ogilvy bagged the title for South Asia Creative Agency of the Year Award, Landor & Fitch India won the silver South Asia Brand Design Agency of the Year Award.

Branding is a form of marketing architecture that has garnered millions of learners and freelancers over years, especially since the pandemic.

In a recent interview with Branding In Asia, Raghavan shared her thoughts on brand engagement and tactics in digital and physical space, "It’s no longer a promise that is made through communication but it’s a promise that has to be delivered across the entire experience of the brand.”

She also gave insights into the rise of Instagram Influencers and Micro-influencers, who have made it an easier task for fresh launching brands to promote their products and connect with their target audiences.
This drastic transition in the terminology and practise of Brand Strategy is an integral part of South-Asian consumer markets, largely in India.
