Pet Proactive

Objective

A lucid approach was required towards designing pet houses, keeping ergonomics, functionality, aesthetics, material and manufacturing processing in mind. Something that would also provide a fun and interactive environment to pets.

Application

Hence, a character inspired design was contemplated using emotional design elements that merge with pets and also with their playfulness. Using a PC plastic wall panelling with a click mechanism, a well ventilated enclosure was designed to ensure suitability in either indoor or outdoor settings.

Result

A technologically sound pet kennels were created to keep a check and track of little pets. Vibrant colours contribute towards the playfulness of the product which withstands harsh weather conditions as well. The design was also synchronised with a smartphone app that tracks pet movement and their whereabouts. Scratch resistant, easy to maintain, easy to assemble and easy to store, the design methodology yields monster fun!
