I didn’t come from a design school background. I studied Business Administration with a major in Marketing. It helped me understand businesses and clients from their perspective, but it didn’t really help me land an internship. That part, I had to figure out on my own.
What made me apply to Rsquare was simple: their work. The type of projects they were doing was 100% the reason I reached out. I really resonated with their style and the kind of output they were producing.
In my first few days, one thing felt completely new: uploading “dailies.” Sharing my everyday progress was strange at first. My toxic trait was thinking, “You don’t trust me that I work, lol.” I felt pressure to create something fresh every single day. But slowly, I began to love it. That daily habit pushed me to think more, try more, and create more, and I still follow it to this day.
