The name “OneZeroEight” is unique! What’s the story behind it, and how does it reflect your studio’s vision?
The name “OneZeroEight” is simple, catchy, and easy to remember—it has stuck with you since you first heard it. Beyond its simplicity, the numeric 108 carries deep spiritual significance. The number connects nature to mathematics. Ancient yogis believed 108 aligns us with the rhythms of creation. It’s linked to the Fibonacci sequence, which represents harmony and balance found in nature.
Malas used for mantra meditation have 108 beads, and practices like pranayama and sun salutations are often completed in rounds of 108. From spirituality to science, “OneZeroEight” represents wholeness and connection, making it a meaningful and timeless name.
Before we dive in, how did it all start?
As an engineering student, I was always captivated by technology and aimed to pursue a career in that field. After gaining experience in the tech industry post- MBA, my passion for photography inspired me to create a platform for it. This motivation prompted me to leave my job and fully dedicate myself to this idea, which eventually led to collaborating with various artists on a journey in branding and advertising.
