Harprita Kedia is a B.Design (Retail & Exhibition Design) student at MIT Institute of Design, Pune.
It reflects the brand’s minimalist aesthetic with curved forms and a clean visual language. Rooted in a 200-year-old lineage of the Cholyali family (Medimix), Sadhev aims to restore Ayurveda as a way of life. The kiosk positions the brand as a global, mass-premium Ayurvedic leader offering high-quality, holistic wellness solutions.

This project proposes the expansion of The Flour Works on MG Road, Pune, informed by research on its retail ecosystem and F&B growth. While the area attracts urban families and professionals, gaps like parking and limited culinary diversity exist. The design blends Euro-Continental charm with Italian arches, warm earthy tones, and a refined mid-century aesthetic.

It reimagines a dynamic, performance-driven office inspired by Nike’s ethos of innovation and movement. The workspace integrates flexible zones, ergonomic planning, and bold brand elements to foster collaboration and creativity. Through thoughtful materiality, lighting, and spatial flow, the design balances productivity with well-being, creating an energised yet adaptable environment.
