There is probably nothing more important than imagination, especially in the world of illustration. Pushing ideas and thinking beyond is what counts. In this incredible series, the illustrator Omar Aqil takes inspiration from Picasso’s portrait paintings and brings in a 3D twist to it. Each of these illustrations is based on lightness and abstractions. The play with texture and throw of light and shadow is simply spellbinding.
