Binoj John

Currently associated with MIT Institute of Design as an associate professor and head of department for the animation design program, Binoj John believes in the adaptability of technology and its impact in various elds. He has a varied background – a textile technologist, an arts graduate with a specialisation in animation and computer arts as well as creative writing. He has worked on various projects including commercials for Rasna International, Reliance, Btex, Rasna Prankish, and Orpat Home Appliances. He was also associated with NID in the Animation and IT integrated programmes where he worked with students on over 50 animation lms. A number of these have received awards and appreciation in many International and national lm festivals. After NID, he has worked as a Senior UI/UX designer for Qualcomm USA and on other iOS applications.
